1/2 cups self raising flour
1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1 pinch salt
1 eggs
1/3 cups milk
1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  1. Whisk together the egg, milk, vegetable oil, sugar, and vanilla extract. Add the sifted flour, matcha powder and salt. Whisk for one minute until the batter is smooth and not lumpy.
  2. Heat pan over medium-low heat. Brush with vegetable oil or butter. Add a 1/3 cup of flapjack batter into pan. Wait until bubbles appear and  then flip the flapjack and cook for another minute or so. Serve with fresh berries and drizzle with honey.
