Delicious Berry Oats breakfast recipe

So I never always appreciated breakfast like I do today. In my early 20’s I was lucky if I even ate breakfast. The past few months I’ve realize the benefits of eating a healthy delicious wholesome breakfast and actually get excited to make it. I make a point of making my breakfast look amazing by adding the best healthy raw ingredients which is packed with antioxidants and understanding why each ingredient is good for me. I simply LOVE all kinds berries as they have so many good properties and helps anti-ageing. I would like to share my Berry oats breakfast recipe.

My morning Berry oats breakfast recipe:

Ingredients:Berry oats breakfast

  • 200ml  – raw oats
  • 50ml – chia seeds
  • 1tbsp – coconut oil / macadamia butter
  • 1tbsp – raw cacao powder
  • 1tsp – organic cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup – goji berries
  • 1/4 cup – cranberries
  • 1 handful of raspberries
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 1/4 cup of almond milk


  1. Add you raw oats, chia seeds, cacao, cinnamon and coconut oil into a bowl.
  2. Add about a cup of boiling water to oats and stir.
  3. Add almond milk.
  4. Top with all the delicious berries.
  5. Enjoy your yummy berry feast!!!!
