Delicious Berry Oats breakfast recipe
So I never always appreciated breakfast like I do today. In my early 20’s I was lucky if I even ate breakfast. The past few months I’ve realize the benefits of eating a healthy delicious wholesome breakfast and actually get excited to make it. I make a point of making my breakfast look amazing by adding the best healthy raw ingredients which is packed with antioxidants and understanding why each ingredient is good for me. I simply LOVE all kinds berries as they have so many good properties and helps anti-ageing. I would like to share my Berry oats breakfast recipe.
My morning Berry oats breakfast recipe:
- 200ml – raw oats
- 50ml – chia seeds
- 1tbsp – coconut oil / macadamia butter
- 1tbsp – raw cacao powder
- 1tsp – organic cinnamon
- 1/4 cup – goji berries
- 1/4 cup – cranberries
- 1 handful of raspberries
- 1 handful of blueberries
- 1/4 cup of almond milk
- Add you raw oats, chia seeds, cacao, cinnamon and coconut oil into a bowl.
- Add about a cup of boiling water to oats and stir.
- Add almond milk.
- Top with all the delicious berries.
- Enjoy your yummy berry feast!!!!
